establishment of your qps-account
A. You may establish one (1) user account to access www.qps-treatments.com,
pursuant to the terms, conditions and restrictions contained in this Agreement.
You may not share your Account with anyone. You are liable for all
activities conducted through the Account.
B. To register an Account to access this website, you will be required to
provide 52M with:
- your name, address and phone number (or of the company);
- accurate, complete, and updated billing information for payment of the subscription fee.
Failure to comply with the foregoing or to update the foregoing if your contact information or billing information changes
shall constitute a breach of this Agreement, which may result in the immediate termination of your right to use your Account to access the Service.
This information is used to identify you as a "unique user" of www.qps-treatments.com, and
to ensure your payment of your Account. As such, it is imperative that you provide 52M with accurate, up to date information.
In the event that 52M learns that you have provided false or misleading registration information, 52M reserves the right
to immediately terminate your Account.
C. You hereby agree to pay all charges to your Account, including applicable
taxes, in accordance with billing terms for access to the Service that are in
effect at the time that the fee or charge becomes payable.
Your right to access to the Service is subject to any limits established by 52M or
by your billing service. If payment is not effected within 14 days of reception of the invoice;
52M reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to suspend or terminate your access
and your Account, as well as terminating this Agreement and all of 52M's obligations hereunder.
Your Account may be suspended for non-payment, and you may be responsible for any and all bank
or service charges incurred in connection with payment of charges to your Account,
and for any costs of collection including reasonable attorney's fees.
D. During the registration process, you will be assigned a username and password
specific to your Account (collectively referred to hereunder as "Password").
Your Password is to be kept confidential at all times
and you are solely responsible for the security of your Password and your
Account. You may not disclose your Password to anyone, or allow your Password to
be used by any one beside yourself. Any damage or harm that may result to your Account due to your disclosure of your
Password, or due to the discovery of your Password by a third party, is your
sole responsibility.
E. 52M does not recognize the transfer of Accounts between
individuals. Additionally, note that there are no refunds if you decide to
"terminate" your Account early as the Service will be available for your use
until the time that you have purchased on the Service expires.
limitations on your use of qps-treatments
A. Only 52M or its licensees have the right to host www.qps-treatments.com.
Accordingly, you may not host, provide matchmaking services for, or
emulate or redirect the communication protocols used by 52M
as part of www.qps-treatments.com, regardless of the method used to do so. Such
prohibited methods may include, but are not limited to, protocol emulation,
tunneling, reverse engineering, modifying www.qps-treatments.com, adding components
to www.qps-treatments.com, or using a utility program to host www.qps-treatments.com.
B. You may not institute an attack upon the www.qps-treatments.com server or
otherwise deliberately attempt to disrupt the www.qps-treatments.com server.
ANY ATTEMPT BY YOU OR ANY OTHER USER ON AN ACCOUNT
TRACEABLE TO YOU TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE WWW.QPS-TREATMENTS.COM
OR UNDERMINE THE
LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF WWW.QPS-TREATMENTS.COM IS A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL
LAWS AND, SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE OR ASSISTANCE FOR SUCH AN ATTACK BE
PROVIDED, 52M RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES FROM ANY
SUCH USER TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
account/password security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Password, and
you will be responsible for all uses of your Password, whether or not authorized
by you. Also, note that the security of your account is your responsibility.
52M is not responsible in the event that your account is
"hacked," or if your account or computer is damaged by a virus, or for any other
issues with your computer or your account which may occur in conjunction with
your use of www.qps-treatments.com. If you think that your account has been
compromised, please contact 52M, and 52M will make an effort to assist
you in recovering the security of your account. This includes helping to reset
passwords, helping with billing issues, and offering basic suggestions for
improving your account security. If you report your account stolen, hacked, or
in any other way compromised, 52M will suspend the account
while we fully investigate the matter. Following this investigation, 52M will determine the appropriate course of action.
changes to the terms of this terms of use agreement
52M reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to change,
modify, add to, supplement or delete any of the terms and conditions of this
Agreement at any time, including, without limitation, access policies, the
availability, hours of availability, content,
data,any fees or charges, and institution of new fees or charges, effective upon prior
notice as follows: 52M will post notification of any such
changes to www.qps-treatments.com on the website and will post any
revised Terms of Use in this location, and may provide such other notice as
If any future changes to this Agreement are unacceptable to you or cause you to no longer be in compliance with this
Agreement, you may cease to use your www.qps-treatments.com account and terminate the
account.

52M may change, modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of

feature, content or availability of www.qps-treatments.com or in any terms or conditions of access

termination
This Agreement is effective until terminated by either party. In the event
that you terminate this Agreement, you will forfeit your right to any and all
payments you may have made for pre-purchased website access to www.qps-treatments.com.
You agree and acknowledge that you are not entitled to any refund for any
amounts which were pre-paid on your Account prior to any termination of this
Agreement. 52M reserves the right to terminate this Agreement
without notice, if, in 52M's sole discretion, you fail to
comply with any terms contained in these Terms of Use.
Note that it is the policy of 52M to cooperate fully in criminal investigations, including but not
limited to tracing user Internet Protocol IP addresses and associated personal
information as well as sharing all other user information on file with the
proper authorities upon request.
equitable remedies
In the event that you breach this Agreement, you hereby agree that 52M
would be irreparably damaged if this Agreement were not
specifically enforced, and therefore you agree that 52M shall
be entitled, without bond, other security, or proof of damages, to appropriate
equitable remedies with respect to breaches of this Agreement, in addition to
such other remedies as 52M may otherwise have available to it
under applicable laws. In the event any litigation is brought by either party in
connection with this Agreement, the prevailing party in such litigation shall be
entitled to recover from the other party all the costs, attorneys' fees and
other expenses incurred by such prevailing party in the litigation.
choice of laws
Only the courts of Antwerp (Belgium - Europe) are competent for all disputes from this agreement.
